E. Tobin Meisenheimer
Toby Meisenheimer is the founder of Streamline Financial Services, a full-service financial services firm, whose mission is to "take the chaos and complexity out of financial planning."
Toby has been in the financial world for over 9 years. His clientele ranges from college graduates beginning Roth IRAs to millionaire retirees with estate planning needs. As a former math teacher/adjunct professor, Toby enjoys "crunching the numbers" and explaining financial concepts in clear, understandable terms. His collegiate swimming background and two years' high school coaching experience allows him to wear the "financial coach" hat, as both client and advisor seek to achieve new goals and objectives.
"In my first job out of college, I taught high school mathematics at a private school in San Jose, California. My base salary was just over $21,000. I knew that unless I was conscious of every expenditure, I would financially drown. I bought Quicken, went on a budget, set aside money pre-tax into a retirement plan, and rewarded myself when there were funds at the end of the month. The next thing that I knew, I found myself wanting to teach others what I was learning about money matters. Seven years later, I am living my dream, working with great people, and enjoying the impact that comes from teaching people how to design a game plan that is right for them."
Toby is a graduate of Wheaton College. He and his wife, Murphy, their son, Caedmon, and daughter, Barrett, live in Naperville, Illinois.
